Le ville saranno orientate su strada e ciascuna villa avrà il proprio ingresso e spazio per parcheggiare 2 auto. Il piano terra sarà un ampio open space e illuminato da vetrate. Ci sarà un bagno, un'isola con un tavolo da pranzo e una zona lounge, ci sarà un'uscita sul cortile dove ci sarà uno spazio esterno. Il piano superiore avrà una camera matrimoniale, una con due letti avrà anche un bagno. Entrambe le stanze avranno balconi. Il terrazzo sarà utilizzabile. Sarà utilizzato come salotto all'aperto, ci sarà una cucina esterna, tavolo da pranzo e vasca idromassaggio. Le condizioni urbane saranno preservate, i colori della facciata saranno bianco, legno, facciata in vetro e metallo nero.Le ville avranno un design modulare in modo da essere il più flessibili possibile nell'uso del terreno.
