Hello, we are a family of 4 and we are about to have a new apartment to live in, and we need your help to design our new home.

Context :
– New empty flat, 100msq with nice panoramic view, 3 bedrooms, living and dining room, 2 balconies, .. (see drawing)
– The property has double exposure, east (bedrooms) and west (living/dining room)
– Family appartement : 2 adults and 2 young children
– To be completely renovated
– All non-load-bearing walls can be modified / we would prefer to avoid changes on load-bearing walls, but we are open
Our needs :
– Organize the space and enhance the volumes
– New functional and practical layout
– Optimize storage space
Our expectations :
– Closed kitchen or with a “window”
– Living room : warm, comfortable for watching TV at night, yet friendly enough to play with the kids and welcome guests
– Master bedroom : space / storage space / bed 160x200cm. Why not including the bathroom to have an ensuite room ?
– Study corner (for adult) in the bedroom or the living room, if you don’t sacrifice too much the living area
– Washing machine / dryer / Dishwasher to be provided. Ideally laundry area
– Bathtub to keep
– Radiator can not be moved (in red on the drawing)
– Technical area can’t be change (in blue on th drawing)
Our style :
– Contemporary
– « Clean » storage with closed doors
– Rangement avec portes fermées
– Wall niches
– Wooden floor in dry rooms and tiling in damp rooms
– No piece of furniture in the photos is to be kept

Contesto :
– Nuovo appartamento vuoto, 100 mq con bella vista panoramica, 3 camere da letto, soggiorno e sala da pranzo, 2 balconi, .. (vedi disegno)
– L’immobile ha doppia esposizione, est (camere da letto) e ovest (soggiorno / pranzo)
– Appartamento familiare: 2 adulti e 2 bambini piccoli
– Da ristrutturare completamente
– Tutti i muri non portanti possono essere modificati / preferiremmo evitare cambiamenti sui muri portanti, ma siamo aperti
Le nostre esigenze:
– Organizza lo spazio e valorizza i volumi
– Nuovo layout funzionale e pratico
– Ottimizza lo spazio di ripostiglio
Le nostre aspettative:
– Cucina chiusa o con “finestra”
– Soggiorno: caldo, comodo per guardare la TV di notte, ma abbastanza accogliente per giocare con i bambini e accogliere gli ospiti
– Camera da letto principale: spazio / ripostiglio / letto 160×200 cm. Perché non includere il bagno per avere una camera con bagno privato?
– spazio sulla scrivania (per adulti) in camera da letto o in soggiorno, se non sacrifichi troppo la zona giorno
– Lavatrice / asciugatrice / lavastoviglie da fornire. Idealmente zona lavanderia
– Vasca da bagno da tenere
– Il radiatore non può essere spostato (in rosso sul disegno)
– Area tecnica non modificabile (in blu sul disegno)
Il nostro stile:
– Contemporaneo
– ripostiglio discreto
– Nicchie a muro
– Pavimento in legno in ambienti asciutti e piastrellatura in ambienti umidi
– Nessun mobile nelle foto è da conservare
