lavorare al vostro progetto è stato molto coinvolgente perché il vostro appartamento con i suoi grandi spazi ha un grande potenziale. La ridistribuzione degli spazi che vi propongo, vede molte demolizioni e ricostruzioni ma riesce a rispondere alle vostre richieste con un layout funzionale e coerente, che sfrutta al meglio ogni spazio, senza togliere ariosità e luce agli ambienti. Per quanto riguarda l’aggiunta di altre aperture, io ho optato, seguendo le vostre indicazioni, per una finestra, a doppio battente, nella zona living, naturalmente ciò richiede ulteriori approfondimenti tecnici.
Come necessario ho mantenuto il doppio ingresso, ma vi consiglierei di coprire la porta d’ingresso dall’interno della cucina, ho pensato ad una struttura mobile, a tutta altezza, in listerelli di legno. Ho valorizzato l’ingresso che dà sul living, con un controsoffitto in cartongesso con faretti da incasso e organizzando una zona d’appoggio con un contenitore sospeso. A seguire, nell’atrio che invita alla zona giorno ho creato una zona confortevole con una specchiera chiudibile a parete e due separé appendiabiti, il modello “Parentesi” di Bonaldo per nascondere giacche e borse.
Di fronte alla porta d’ingresso si trova il bagno della zona giorno, centralmente si ha il lavamani a colonna, da un lato una doccia ampia e dal lato opposto, separato da una porta scorrevole, i sanitari.
Nella zona giorno ho prolungato i muri in corrispondenza del vano ascensore del pianerottolo, per realizzare una zona studio, centrale e separata dal resto dell’ambiente tramite una porta scorrevole in vetro; lo spazio consente di inserire due scrivanie. Sempre sfruttando le nicchie che si creano in questo vano ascensore ho creato due librerie a tutta altezza, una che dà sul living, l’altra nello studio.
Prolungando i muri portanti della cucina ho “suddiviso” l’appartamento in zona giorno e zona notte. Ho dovuto ridurre l’attuale cucina ma ho mantenuto la sua indipendenza dallo spazio giorno, grazie ad una porta scorrevole, in vetro, a doppio battente. La cucina molto spaziosa mi consente di distribuire i mobili ad angolo, di realizzare una nicchia a colonne per forno/microonde, frigorifero e macchina del caffè da incasso e di posizionare al centro della stanza un’isola con piano cottura e un tavolo per la quotidianità della famiglia.
La zona notte, dalla quale si accede tramite la porta posizionata verso il tavolo da pranzo è formata da tre camere da letto, ora riequilibrate nelle dimensioni, due, quella padronale e una per i ragazzi con bagno annesso, per l’altra non è stato possibile collegare direttamente il bagno ma ha comunque un suo bagno dedicato. Ogni bagno è finestrato e dotato di un’ampia doccia. Le camere hanno una cabina armadio e le camere dei ragazzi prevedono un letto da una piazza e mezza e almeno una parete attrezzata a libreria.
Il corridoio della zona notte è illuminato da strisce led inserite nel controsoffitto in cartongesso.
Per finire nella zona notte troviamo la stanza lavanderia e palestra, nel lato lavanderia sono allineate lavatrice, asciugatrice e un lavatoio oltre a zone contenitive, dall’altro lato c’è spazio per un tapis roulant e una panca con gli attrezzi o una cyclette.
Per quanto riguarda l’aspetto stilistico mi sono ispirata alle vostre richieste di un mood moderno ma con materiali eleganti come il marmo o il gres effetto marmo, con legno in rovere per i pavimenti e qualche tocco di ottone per le finiture. Gli imbottiti sono in pelle primo fiore o nabuk. In sede di un progetto d’interni più completo, analizzando anche il vostro budget, si potranno fare scelte più mirate.

working on your project was very engaging because your apartment with its large spaces has great potential. The redistribution of the spaces that I propose, sees many demolitions and reconstructions but manages to respond to your requests with a functional and coherent layout, which makes the most of every space, without taking away airiness and light from the rooms. As for the addition of other openings, following your instructions, I opted for a double-leaf window in the living area, of course this requires further technical information.
As necessary, I kept the double entrance, but I would advise you to cover the entrance door from inside the kitchen, I thought of a full-height mobile structure in wooden strips. I enhanced the entrance that opens into the living room, with a plasterboard ceiling with recessed spotlights and organizing a support area with a suspended container. Then, in the atrium that invites to the living area, I created a comfortable area with a closable wall mirror and two clothes racks, the "Parentesi" model by Bonaldo to hide jackets and bags.
In front of the entrance door is the bathroom of the living area, centrally there is a pedestal hand basin, on one side a large shower and on the opposite side, separated by a sliding door, the sanitary ware.
In the living area I extended the walls in correspondence with the lift shaft of the landing, to create a study area, central and separated from the rest of the room by a sliding glass door; the space allows you to insert two desks. Still taking advantage of the niches created in this elevator shaft, I created two full-height bookcases, one overlooking the living room, the other in the study.
Extending the load-bearing walls of the kitchen, I "divided" the apartment into a living and sleeping area. I had to reduce the current kitchen, but I kept its independence from the living space, thanks to a double-hinged sliding glass door. The very spacious kitchen allows me to distribute the corner furniture, to create a column niche for the built-in oven / microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine and to place an island in the centre of the room with a hob and a table for everyday life of the family.
The sleeping area, which is accessed through the door positioned towards the dining table, consists of three bedrooms, now rebalanced in size, two, the master one and one for the boys with attached bathroom, for the other it was not It is possible to connect the bathroom directly but still has its own dedicated bathroom. Each bathroom has a window and a large shower. The bedrooms have a walk-in closet and the children's bedrooms have a single bed and a half and at least one wall equipped as a bookcase.
The corridor of the sleeping area is illuminated by LED strips inserted in the plasterboard false ceiling.
Finally, in the sleeping area we find the laundry room and gym, on the laundry side there are washing machines, dryers and a sink as well as storage areas, on the other side there is space for a treadmill and a bench with tools or an exercise bike.
As for the stylistic aspect, I was inspired by your requests for a modern mood but with elegant materials such as marble or marble-effect stoneware, with oak wood for the floors and some touches. of brass for the finishes. The upholstery is in full grain leather or nubuck. In the context of a more complete interior design, also analyzing your budget, you will be able to make more targeted choices.
