Proprio questa piena fruibilità funge da parola chiave dell’intero progetto. La distribuzione di tipo Open Space favorisce la comunicazione immediata tra gli spazi. Dall’ingresso sarà possibile percepire l’ambiente nel suo complesso con una chiara percezione della suddivisione degli spazi fra zona giorno e zona notte. Il progetto è pensato per chi lo vive, in sintonia con le abitudine e le necessità quotidiane, in particolare questo layout garantisce sia una piacevole sensazione di comfort per gli ospiti, sia piena riservatezza e benessere per chi lo abita tutti i giorni.
Un paio di caratteristiche contraddistinguono l’intero spazio abitativo dell’immobile: dall’ingresso è possibile percepire la luminosità, omogenea e costante, che lega gli spazi dalla cucina al soggiorno in un’unica zona giorno. Inoltre un elemento caratterizzante del progetto è l’utilizzo del rame come leitmotiv per connettere i diversi ambienti attraverso un materiale riconoscibile sinonimo di ricercatezza e stile.
Secondo elemento legante dell’abitazione è il gres, unica finitura scelta per il rivestimento della pavimentazione per rendere lo spazio visivemente più ampio; questo materiale ha il pregio di garantire alte prestazioni energetiche esaltando le qualità del pavimento radiante.
Infine, il murales proposto nella zona giorno vuole riprodurre insieme ad altri elementi d’arredo selezionati un design industriale grazie all’effetto dell’acciaio ossidato e delle sue cromie.

The inner distribution as an open space enhances the communication between the spaces. From the entrance you will be able to sense the place also a whole, having a clear perception of the division between the living area and the sleeping area. The project is tailored for people who live it, in harmony with needs and everyday routine, in particular the layout gives at the same time a pleasant sensation of comfort for the guest and full privacy and wellness for who live it daily.
A couple of main qualities that characterize the whole space: from the entrance is possible to sense the brightness, homogeneous and stable, that links the rooms from the kitchen to the living in a unique living area. In addition, an important element to underline is the use of copper as leitmotiv to link different areas through a recognizable materials synonymous of attention to details and style.
The second element that connects the whole complex is the use of gres tiles as unique pavement finishing to give the sensation of a bigger place; this material enhances the quality of the energetic performance of the heating floor system.
Finally, the wallpaper proposed in the dining area pretends to reproduce together with other décor elements an industrial design, thanks to the effect of oxidized steel and its wonderful colors.
