Come richiesto, è stata creata una grande zona giorno open space.
L’ingresso è stato spostato, compatibilmente con la struttura dell’edificio.
la sala da pranzo è filtrata dalla cucina tramite una penisola ed un mobile-libreria che funge anche da guardaroba: molto funzionale trovandosi adiacente all’ingresso.
Sono stati riutilizzati il divano e il tavolo preesistenti. Nella tavola 1 è possibile vedere una ipotesi di soggiorno nel caso venisse sostituito il divano con uno più piccolo: è possibile inserire una zona studio e una libreria più grande.
I due bagni sono stati mantenuti come da progetto, ed entrambi sono provvisti di doccia. Lo stesso dicasi per l’antibagno che arredato con mobili su misura diventa una comoda lavanderia.
È stato necessario ispessire leggermente la parete divisoria tra bagno e camera così da poter inserire le scatole per gli interruttori. Il letto è infatti stato posizionato a ridosso di questa parete in modo da non essere visibile dalla zona giorno e consentire così una maggiore privacy.
L’arredamento è moderno ed essenziale. Le tonalità neutre donano eleganza all’ambiente.

As you request, I have designed a big open space living area.
The entrance has been moved, compatibly with the building structure .
The dining room is divided from the kitchen by a breakfast table, a little library and wardrobe: very usefull because it is situated next to the entrance.
Your couch and table have been reused. In the first board is possible to see another living room hypothesis with a smaller couch: it is possible to have a study area and a bigger library.
Both bathrooms are the same of the initial project and they have the shower. Also the dressing room is the same and, with, it becomes a comfortable laundry.
The wall between the bedroom and the bathroom was thickened to put the switches and sockets. In fact the bed was put close to that wall so as not to be visible from the living and to allow greater privacy.
The furnishings is modern and essential. The neutral tones create an elegance ambience.
