My first thought about the existing facade was that are too many different Elements together and therefore the frontal facade Looks a bit overloaded.
My attempt is to carry on with the reel around the Corner and to structure the frontal part of the facade and bringt it down to the ground. I would also carry on the glass railing at the roofterrace.
I like the Right Corner of the existing facade, because it makes a Connection in height between the frontal facade and the side facade. I would just use different facade Paneels, In the Rendering there is corten steel, but you can easily use other ones.

There is also a Rendering of the boundary wall. In order to not just build a wall i would integrate the ventilations behind some lamella structure. This lamella structure would repeat in regular parts of the boundary wall.
