Choose the Design
The design should be mixed between modern and simple classic.
– Bath Tubs
– Lights dot on ceiling (living area or anywhere interior designer choose)
– Interior can redesign the furniture and room layout plan of even the room / bathroom / wardrobes sizes layout bigger or smaller.
– Also can change spa / GYM size or layout.
– The client request light colors such as white, off white, light beige, light gray, light cream etc.
– if you have any suggestions or input to change at architecture to have more space please send suggestions

Finishing of the glass must be high quality materials.
Consider this villa as a luxurious villa and all materials could be use must me high end.
High end furniture, fixtures, glass, etc.
Designer can adopt new ideas creative and different to add more luxury.
The Owner like more on to the light colors.

Elige el diseño
El diseño debe ser una combinación entre lo moderno, clásico y simple.
– Bañeras
– Puntos de luces en el techo (en el área del living o donde el diseñador decida)
– El diseñador puede rediseñar el mobiliario y el plan de diseño de la habitación, incluso los tamaños de habitación/baño/armarios haciéndolos más grandes o más pequeños.
– También puede cambiar el tamaño o diseño del spa/gimnasio
– El cliente pide colores claros, como blanco, blanquecino, beige claro, gris claro, crema claro, etc.
– Si tienes sugerencias para cambiar en la arquitectura, para tener más espacio, por favor envía las sugerencias.

La terminación del vidrio debe ser con materiales de alta calidad
Considera esta villa como una villa de lujo donde todos los materiales que se puedan utilizar deben ser de alta gama.
Muebles de alta gama, accesorios, vidrio, etc.
El diseñador puede adoptar nuevas ideas creativas y diferentes para agregar más lujo.
