Per la realizzazione del progetto di ristrutturazione della villa, si intende effettuare l'intervento aumentando i valori della struttura esistente. La facciata sarà intonacata al primo piano e il piano superiore metterà in risalto la tessitura lapidea riparando i difetti. Le porte e le finestre saranno sostituite con finestre con isolamento termico ma con struttura classica. Tutte le finestre saranno persiane. I tetti saranno installati nuovi. Funzionalmente, la villa avrà due ingressi, uno nell'edificio principale e avrà accesso alla zona giorno e alla cucina, nonché alle scale per il piano superiore. Il secondo ingresso sarà nell'edificio sul retro e avrà accesso a un corridoio che conduce al bagno, alla cucina e al soggiorno. L'area giorno avrà una sala formale dove gli ospiti saranno accolti e una camera familiare che farà parte dell'aggiunta dell'area dell'edificio e avrà finestre di vetro che si affacciano sulla veranda e sulla piscina. La cucina avrà una grande anche una cucina esterna che farà parte della veranda. La veranda avrà una zona pranzo e una zona lounge.
