Hi I setup a layout like your request. All WCs kitchen and laundry area are next to plumbing system which makes easier and more economic built this solution. A big bedroom with an huge walkincloset, two baths one of that bigger and with double sink. Talking about the living room I think to find the right balance between living area, dinig area and fireplace area all connected with the kitchen.
