Thank you for the opportunity to work on this interesting project. I have to say that I really enjoyed. I've managed to create a home based on your requirements, modern, cozy and functional.
The house is positioned about 40m from the street in quiet area surrounded by olive trees. Access is from the bridge where you have the pedastrian area for entrance and also for access to the garage. Living area and veranda are oriented on the south - east exposed to the light, also the pool is in the warmer area. On the first floor are three bedrooms, one on the south - east and two on the westside with balconies where you can watch the sunset. I also take care of the house height. A sloping roof at a height of 180 cm is planned I leave the possibility for a higher roof if you are able and want to use the attic. The stairs in the house are positioned so that they can be extended to the attic. They rely on the highest structural wall in the house so I left this oportutiny to extend it in the future.
