I've managed to create a home, based on your requirements. I've tried several options and have concluded that this presented arrangement would best meet your needs and standards.
My main aim was to give each space individual attention and make a coherent living space without sacrificing any particular area to make another better.
Most of the spaces are visible in the renders and if you have any further questions feel free to ask regardless of whether you decide to choose the project.
Please let me describe a little about our design of your house.
The goal of this living area is to have maximum natural light and a view of the pool area and porch with a sitting area and barbecue. In the living area, we have a large fireplace and T.V. above it.
The dining table is near the kitchen. The kitchen is open and it has enough space with a large central island, we have a sliding door for closing the area.
The study room has enough space we can put the table, chair, Bookshelf, and sofa-bed in it.
The parking area is combined with the house. You can easily enter your house after parking the car. Also, the cellar is designed in the parking area.
On the first floor, we have one master bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in closet and one double bedroom with a closet. We have a shared bathroom and laundry.
For the master bedroom, we have enough space for a good and comfortable bedroom area. The room area is about 26 meters and 10 meters for the walk-in closet and bathroom too. The room has access to the balcony, which is about 23 meters, and has a sitting area, relaxation area, barbecue, and the best view of the garden.
About the double room, we have 21 meters area with a large closet.
If I had designed 3 bedrooms above, comfortable spaces would not have been possible. I considered 2 bedrooms to be very comfortable and unique for you. We can use a study room for a single bedroom. But if you like this project I can design more space for you.
I put a solar system on the roof of the parking space.
About the using material and finishes for your house, I use plaster, stone, wood, and parquet.
