This project represents a design of a 100 sq. m gross floor area family house with a porch of 50 sq. m and garage of 30 sq. m. and pool.

At the first floor we have a large living room and dining, open kitchen that could be separated by glass sliding doors, study room with private bathroom, another bathroom and a walk through cellar linked with the garage. The staircase is located at north and have a natural light.

The second floor have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk in closet, private bathroom with a bath and a balcony. The second bedroom and the small one- the third have common bathroom with a shower. The gross floor area is again 100 sq. m. As the terrace and balconies includes at this area, so if the client wants to have a large terrace with a view, one of the bedrooms could be erased and the space could stay open.

The outer space is organized with a porch in front of the kitchen and the living room as it could be max functional. The living room looks at the poll that is 4m / 10m large and is on the south of the house.
