We are very happy to have participated in your contest.
In order to create bright spaces in the house and use the beautiful view of the garden, we used tall and large windows in the design.
We tried to design different parts of the house separately and with respect to each other.
We predicted a wardrobe at the entrance.
In the living room, we provided a TV wall with a fireplace and used large windows on both sides of the living room so that the living room could see both sides of the garden.
We placed the dining area near the kitchen and provided a large window for garden and pool views.
We placed the kitchen next to the dining area and secured it with a sliding glass door.
We placed the guest room / study room next to the garden window and a Living platform by the window(according to the rendering provided)
We placed the guest bathroom somewhere away from the living room and provided a laundry room with an ironing board.
We envisioned the master bedroom on the second floor but on the mezzanine floor.
In the master room we envisioned a private bathroom with a bathtub and a tall window.
In the master room we planned a study area that faces the garden. We also placed a terrace facing the garden in the room.
On the second floor we envisioned a bedroom, a private living room and a small private kitchen.
We have placed the main entrance door of the house so that it is safe from the street.
We planned the pool in front of the house and next to it a sunbathing area , a sitting area and a barbecue area.
We also planned two pergola and a place for children to play (swing).
