In this layout the ground floor maximizes on open space to allow for enjoyment of a well lit and expansive living room. Upon entering, there is a cloak room to the right, past which there is a kitchen area. The kitchen is open to allow for ease of connectivity. At the center of the plan is a circular dining table which celebrates the configuration, and the rest is living area that enjoys wide panoramic views to the exterior served by the wide elongated windows.
