La disposizione degli spazi è stata pensata in modo da sfruttare separatamente i vari balconi presenti ed evitare interferenze inopportune tra zona notte e zona giorno.
LIVING: L'ampia zona living è definita dall'importante caminetto trifacciale posto al centro dell'ambiente. Tutto l'ambiente si affaccia sul grande terrazzo. Quest'ultimo è stato pensato come un'estensione della zona linving e pranzo. Sulla parete dietro il divano è stato ricavato un angolo studio con due postazioni pc, e l'angolo pianoforte.
La zona pranzo è stata volutamente lasciata molto libera in modo da avere ampio spazio per ospitare persone a pranzo o a cena. Anche la scelta del tavolo estensibile rispecchia questa esigenza.
L'ampia cucina con penisola è disposta in tre zone. La penisola con fuochi e lavello , uno spazio contenitivo e piano di lavoro alle spalle della penisola e una zona "armadio" che contiene frigo e forno.
Direttamente collegata alla cucina c'è un'ampia dispensa.
All'ingresso è stato posto un guardaroba e una seduta di fronte alla finestra. La parete di fronte il camino e a destra dell'ingresso è stata rivestita con una boiserie della stessa essenza della cucina, della mensola inferiore del caminetto e delle porte, in modo da creare un unico ambiente armonico, dove sia piacevole rilassarsi.
BAGNO: Il bagno principale ha anche un angolo lavanderia "nascosto" da una porta scorrevole. La doccia e i sanitari sono rialzati con un gradino. La vasca fa la sua bella figura essendo posizionata al centro della stanza. Tra il lavabo doppio e la finestra è posizionata un ulteriore porta scorrevole in vetro satinato, che all'occorrenza si chiude separando la lavanderia dal bagno.La zona lavanderia è stata posizionata in quel punto anche perchè ha un piccolo balcone dove stendere.
La zona notte è stata progettata rispettando tutte le richieste della committenza.
The interior space has been designed to take advantage of the various balconies shown separately and avoid undue interference between the sleeping area and the living area.
LIVING: The large living area is defined by the important three-sided fireplace in the center of the environment. The whole setting overlooking the large terrace . The latter was designed as an extension of the area linving and lunch. On the wall behind the sofa is now used as a study area with two PC , and the angle of the piano.
The dining area has been intentionally left very loose so you have plenty of room to accommodate guests for lunch or dinner . Also the choice of the extendable table reflects this requirement .
The spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar is arranged in three zones. The peninsula with stove and sink , one storage space and worktop behind the peninsula area and a " closet " that contains refrigerator and microwave .
Directly connected to the kitchen is a large pantry.
At the entrance was placed a wardrobe and a chair facing the window . The wall opposite the fireplace and to the right of the entrance was lined with wood paneling in the very essence of the kitchen, the bottom shelf of the fireplace and doors in order to create a single harmonious environment , where it is pleasant to relax.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has a utility room "hidden" by a sliding door . The shower and toilets are raised with a step. The tub makes a good impression being located at the center of the room. Among the double sink and the window is positioned further sliding door frosted glass , which if necessary will close by separating the laundry from the bathroom.
The sleeping area is designed in compliance with all requirements of the client.
