La proposta consiste nella realizzazione al piano terra di un nuovo ambiente ad uso bed and breakfast utilizzabile anche come unico appartamento e caratterizzato dalla presenza di una zona comune o living con angolo cottura, divano e mobile tv oltre ad un comodo armadio per gli abiti situato all’ingresso, due camere con letto matrimoniale e due bagni di cui uno privato della camera e una disimpegnato per essere utilizzato sia dalla camera che da eventuali ospiti. Il restante spazio al piano terra è stato dedicato allo studio con doppia finestra, al bagno e ad una comoda stanza lavanderia. Salendo le scale di giunge all’appartamento principale dove il portoncino d’ingresso dà accesso ad una prima zona d’ingresso con armadiature a filo parete per poi accedere all’area giorno in stile openspace con cucina con isola e tavolo pranzo incorporato, sala da pranzo con tavolo circolare oppure rettangolare allungabile e ampia zona living composta da una prima area lettura con consolle retro divano e divano centro stanza con mobile tv e camino dall’alto impatto estetico; inoltre l’ampia parete laterale ospita un grande mobile a tutta altezza studiato per essere in parte a giorno e in parte chiuso in modo da collocare tutto il necessario. Particolare attenzione è stata rivolta alla funzionalità e armoniosità degli spazi con mobili contenitori a scomparsa e pratici arredi dal connubio tra estetica e praticità. L’area notte si compone di due bagni e tre camere di cui una padronale con tutti i confort necessari e due per i ragazzi. Una seconda soluzione viene proposta per evidenziare alcune leggere alternative in particolare per quanto riguarda la distribuzione della zona a piano terra e per quanto riguarda la distribuzione al piano primo del nuovo bagno e degli arredi dell’area living.

The proposal consists in the creation on the ground floor of a new room for bed and breakfast use which can also be used as a single apartment and characterized by the presence of a common or living area with kitchenette, sofa and TV cabinet as well as a comfortable wardrobe for clothes located in the entrance, two bedrooms with double bed and two bathrooms, one of which is private to the bedroom and one is disengaged to be used both by the bedroom and by any guests. The remaining space on the ground floor was dedicated to the study with double windows, the bathroom and a comfortable laundry room. Going up the stairs you reach the main apartment where the entrance door gives access to a first entrance area with closets flush with the wall and then access the open space style living area with kitchen with island and built-in dining table, dining room dining room with circular or extendable rectangular table and large living area consisting of a first reading area with console behind the sofa and sofa in the center of the room with TV cabinet and fireplace with a high aesthetic impact; furthermore, the large side wall houses a large full-height piece of furniture designed to be partly open and partly closed in order to place everything you need. Particular attention was paid to the functionality and harmony of the spaces with retractable storage units and practical furnishings combining aesthetics and practicality. The sleeping area consists of two bathrooms and three bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with all the necessary comforts and two for the children. A second solution is proposed to highlight some light alternatives in particular as regards the distribution of the area on the ground floor and as regards the distribution of the new bathroom and living area furnishings on the first floor.
