This project focuses on a very interesting premise - the conversion of an old warehouse/workshop into a loft equipped with a foyer, an open space kitchen living, two large bedrooms, three bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, and laundry on the lower level and on the upper level, spaces can be possibly become a flexible studio/bedroom/extra storage depending on the needs and use of the client.
The industrial look of the loft has been preserved and the open plan layout allows maximum use of the space with the added advantage of double height volumes to tuck in ‘intimate spaces’. The existing metal window and door grille pattern inspire the ‘industrial’ look of the space complete with warm wood accents, black powder coated metal and white lacquered finish for the kitchen.
