Depend on your needs and budget, you can decide whether you need a medium loft / mezzanine area which is 19,8 sqm, or the larger one which is 31,5 sqm. The space under the loft is 2,7m height, assuming that the highest ceiling is 5,8-6 m height.
The layout plan also accommodate two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
