The proposed project includes two solutions depending on the client's willingness to move or not the door of entrance and to carry out related work. In the first solution only internal work are proposed, reducing to a minimum the intervention, in the second are expected, on the contrary, also external works with the input shift in place of 'the current window.
In both the solutions, they were taken into account all the requirements requested by the purchaser.
Entry: Entry to the house differs according to the proposed solution. In the first coincides with the original position, the second is obtained by transforming the current in the main entrance window.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet (WC + bidet), laundry space. The latter is inserted, in the second solution, in an deposit environment independent .
Kitchen: In the kitchen both solutions is guaranteed opening to the outside for easy solvent fumes. The proposal includes a freestanding kitchen consists of worktop with sink, stove, dishwasher and oven built into a single solution, refrigerator, extending table with chairs.
Room / Living: How request of the client the proposed solution provides for the abatement of the partition wall of separation between the two environments and the realization of a wall system which can be either fixed (plasterboard wall) and mobile (wood wall). In any case the proposed solution becomes a shelving side for the living room and the other handy accessory space for the bed. The wall functionally divides the two spaces, ensures privacy to the two environments and at the same time reflects the solution open space required by the client. The room consists of a double bed and a mobile made custom closet. The living room provides the solution or sofa bed or folding bed solution. In both cases there are two single beds and a wall equipped with TV corner made to measure and optimize all the space available. The night space can be "closed" or "open" giving origin to a versatile solution that is suitable from time to time to the different needs.

Il progetto proposto prevede due soluzioni in relazione alla volontà del committente di spostare o meno la porta di ingresso dell’abitazione e di effettuare i relativi lavori. Nella prima soluzione vengono proposti solo lavori interni, riducendo al minimo l’intervento, nella seconda si prevedono, al contrario, anche lavori esterni con lo spostamento dell’ingresso al posto dell’ attuale finestra.
In entrambi le soluzioni si è tenuto conto di tutte le esigenze richieste dal committente.
Ingresso: l’ingresso all’abitazione si differenzia in base alla soluzione proposta. Nella prima coincide con la posizione originaria, nella seconda con il living e si ottiene trasformando l’attuale finestra in ingresso principale.
Bagno: Il bagno comprende doccia, lavabo, servizi igienici (wc+bidet), spazio lavanderia. Quest’ultimo è inserito, nella seconda soluzione, in un ambiente deposito indipendente.
Cucina: In entrambe le soluzioni alla cucina è garantita l’apertura verso l’esterno per una facile espulsione dei fumi. La proposta prevede una cucina freestanding composta da piano da lavoro con lavello, piano cottura, lavastoviglie e forno incorporate in un’unica soluzione, frigorifero, tavolo allungabile con sedute.
Camera / Living: Come su richiesta del committente la soluzione proposta prevede l’abbattimento del tramezzo di separazione tra i due ambienti e la realizzazione di una parete attrezzata che può essere sia fissa (parete in cartongesso) che mobile (parete in legno). In ogni caso la soluzione proposta diventa da un lato scaffalatura per il living e dall’altro comodo spazio accessorio per il letto. La parete divide funzionalmente i due spazi, garantisce la giusta privacy ai due ambienti e al contempo rispecchia la soluzione open space richiesta dal committente. La camera è composta da un letto doppio e un mobile armadio realizzato su misura. Il living prevede o la soluzione divano letto o la soluzione letto ribaltabile. In entrambi i casi sono previsti due letti singoli e una parete attrezzata con angolo tv realizzata su misura e che ottimizza tutti gli spazi a disposizione. Lo spazio notte può essere “chiuso” o “aperto” dando origine ad una soluzione versatile che si adatti di volta in volta alle diverse esigenze.
