Il concept del progetto è di creare un ambiente funzionale portando al minimo i lavori edili necessari. Nella fattispecie ho pensato di tenere la parete divisoria e aprire una porta in questa che collega la stanza da letto con il soggiorno, quest'ultimo nel caso che la casa occupi più di 2 persone può trasformarsi in un'altra stanza da letto. Questo permette la totale indipendenza delle stanze e contemporaneamente il loro collegamento. La cucina stretta è lunga è sufficiente per poter cucinare e ospitare un tavolo di prima colazione o pranzo veloce, il tutto illuminato dalla luce naturale grazie alla porta blindata trasparente.
