In this design, the potentials of the design site have been used.
The 45 degree rotation of the northern part of the volume is due to the better and more use of the unique view of the south.
On the east side, sunlight is used and a green space inside the house is designed with tall glass, from where the staircase leads.
Shadows have been used to block out the bright light of the east.
The pool site is located on the south side and the club is located next to it.
The entrance to the club is both inside and outside the house and the sauna inside the club is designed with a good view of the pool.
A waterfall falls from the balcony of the master room into the pool.
The master room faces south and has a dressing room as well as a bathroom.
A garden with plants has been designed in the bathroom of the master room and on the ground floor
On the first floor there is a bar and a space for a small party. There are also four bedrooms with large windows and a laundry room with a balcony.
A large closet is also designed in the upstairs hallway.
