I would like to build an apartment on the upper floor where to live, on the lower floors there are 3 lodgings with n.03 rooms each and n.02 bathrooms to be used as a 12 bed b & b. Modern style leaving the external shape of the building unchanged. In the cottage I would like to build a small breakfast room on the first floor and a spa on the ground floor.


SPA VERSION
Me gustaría construir un apartamento en el piso superior donde vivir, en los pisos inferiores hay 3 alojamientos con n.03 habitaciones cada uno y n.02 baños para ser utilizado como un b & b de 12 camas. Estilo moderno que no modifica la forma externa del edificio. En la cabaña me gustaría construir una pequeña sala de desayunos en el primer piso y un spa en la planta baja.

Vorrei realizzare al piano superiore l'appartamento in cui vivere, ai piani inferiori n.3 alloggi da n.03 stanze cadauno e n.02 bagni per essere utilizzati come b&b 12 posti letto. Stile moderno lasciando inalterata la sagoma esterna del fabbricato. Nella casetta vorrei realizzare una piccola sala colazione al piano primo e spa al piano terra.
