La proposta presentata si pone l’obiettivo di una completa redistribuzione degli ambienti cercando di inserire tutte quelle che sono le richieste e senza andare a modificare le murature portanti o comunque strutturali, in modo da tenere limitati per quanto possibile i costi. Vengono proposte due soluzioni che si differenziano principalmente per il collocamento dell’area padronale e di quella dedicata alla collaboratrice domestica, quest’ultima nella prima soluzione trova spazio in posizione terminale dell’area notte e nella seconda in posizione più centrale e sempre vicino alla scala di accesso. Entrando si giunge in un primo ambiente che fa da filtro al salone e dove si trovano le principali comodità come un’armadiatura a filo parete per contenere i cappotti o ciò che è necessario; il salone con ampia area living e pranzo e la cucina che godono della splendida vista sul golfo e sono corredate da certe comodità come il ripostiglio/dispensa ma anche il bagno giorno. Il corridoio principale distribuisce razionalmente la zona notte composta da due camere singole, bagno notte, suite padronale con bagno e cabina armadio e zona lavanderia con adiacente quarta camera. Inoltre in alcuni ambienti come le camere data la notevole altezza è possibile realizzare piccoli soppalchi o spazi per lo studio o il gioco. Per quanto possibile illustrare nelle planimetrie particolare attenzione è stata rivolta alle finiture e ai sistemi installati come porte e pannellature scorrevoli per chiudere all’occorrenza gli spazi oppure soluzioni di armadi a scomparsa, comodità necessarie in una casa di una certa importanza e metratura come questa.

The proposal presented has the objective of a complete redistribution of the environments trying to include all those that are required and without going to modify the load-bearing or structural walls, in order to keep costs limited as much as possible. Two solutions are proposed which differ mainly in the placement of the master area and that dedicated to the domestic worker, the latter in the first solution finding space at the end of the sleeping area and in the second in a more central position and always close to the staircase of access. Upon entering, you arrive in a first room which acts as a filter to the living room and where you find the main comforts such as a flush-to-the-wall wardrobe to contain coats or what is necessary; the living room with large living and dining area and the kitchen which enjoy the splendid view of the gulf and are equipped with certain comforts such as the closet / pantry but also the day bathroom. The main corridor rationally distributes the sleeping area consisting of two single bedrooms, bathroom, master suite with bathroom and walk-in closet and laundry area with adjacent fourth bedroom. Furthermore, in some environments such as bedrooms, given the considerable height, it is possible to create small mezzanines or spaces for study or play. As far as possible to illustrate in the plans, particular attention was paid to the finishes and systems installed such as sliding doors and panels to close off spaces if necessary or solutions for concealed wardrobes, necessary comforts in a house of a certain size and size like this.
