The first major issues that i wanted to solve were the separation between the bathroom entrance and the living-kitchen area so i moved it near the entrance hall.
The second problem was to create enough space for a comfortable livingroom, a 4 person dining table and a kitchenette.
I have chosen to keep the kitchen area where it was while open it towards the open space.
Because of the house proportions i have chosen to keep the major wall of the living room clean, with a single small furniture cabinet and a big display of picture or artwork so that this is the first view that you have when you enter the space (see first render)
The other remaining sides of the living room i kept them for a cabinet/library with a desktop and a tv stand on the opposite beneath the window)
Again, it is preferable not to have the desktop the first thing you see when you enter the room so i put it on the back side.
There is enough room for the sofa to be extended into a bed and for the dining table to be moved so more people can sit.
The dining corner has both of the walls with a grey wallpaper finnish, same as the one near the desktop.
