Maintaining the dimensions and part of the distribution of the current house, we propose one with a fresher and more modern style, but equally classic, with wide open spaces that take advantage of natural light and views of the mountains.

The new house will have a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, with a tavern / recreation space on the ground floor with a kitchenette and exit to the pergola and the rest of the patio, and a work / study area on the mezzanine

For the entrance, we propose that the land be raised 30 cm and an internal lane that passes under the terrace be made, allowing a better and easier circulation for the two cars that can be parked in the garage or even left under the roof, providing shelter to the passengers from bad weather and sun when arriving or leaving home.

For the interior spaces, we opted for an open and illuminated concept that unites all public living spaces, with a fireplace as a focal point that virtually unifies and separates the upper and lower spaces.
