I offer you a proposal for the design of your apartment (My cozy apartment) Roof Floor Plan .
The kitchen has been moved to the left side of the living room, and thus you have two bathrooms, one of which is where the current kitchen is located, in addition to the other bathroom in its current location. There is a dedicated storage/laundry room set within the guest cloakroom and separated by a wooden partition - in regards to the sleeping area, it has two double bedrooms
The first room at the end of the corridor became the study/guest room. Part of it was separated to become a changing room as shown, so we made the room at the end of the corridor livable even in summer .
As for the other bedroom, it became the master bedroom, and it contains a corner for changing clothes as well
The house is elegantly designed. Modern in warm colours .
1) A relaxation area with a sofa (L-shaped with a sofa bed and two pairs of chairs) and a TV
2) A dining table has been inserted that can accommodate up to 10 people
3) A private library has been provided to accommodate many books near the dining table,
- The living sofa was placed in the middle of the space designated for it, to be in front of the TV, at a distance of no less than 3 meters and putting tv in a partition wall in middle at living room
- The kitchen was designed and also contains a small table for breakfast
The floor plan of the Living Room is divided into 5 parts (the entrance, living room, Dinning, room’s corridor and kitchen),
- The lighting designed for the home is characterized by simplicity and sophistication. The living room contains Spots and Round Middle Lamp characterized by a modern style, with another source of lighting coming the chandelier in the middle of the dinning room with some circular lamp located Above it, As well as the lighting in the kitchen is quiet and simple, and does not have a lot of cost, as shown in the 3D Shots
