Dear Client,

Here is the layout arrangement I find the most efficient.
I included the bedroom in the main building so it also has high and comfortable ceiling.
As for the patio, I extended the space until aligned with the existing stable wall.
In this plan, I suggested the room at the corner to be functioned as a greenhouse / private studio.
However, you can change it to any room of your need. You can simply use this as storage space as well.
