We present our proposal for the re-layout of the apartment. We present two options, both with the bedroom positioned on the corner and having a connection to the balcony. Option 01 is designed with a compact kitchen, with the dining table integrated into the kitchen, and has direct access to the balcony and natural lighting. Option 02 is designed to have a larger bathroom with a bathtub and shower screen for the guests. Both options can use the living room area for an extra room for more guests. More elaborate explanations regarding the options can be found on the floor plans.
Considering the size of the apartment, we also propose two other options where the re-layout has two bedrooms alongside the bathroom and the kitchen + dining area.
