The main goal in this project was to create beautiful, comfortable, modern spaces in the old building. In the basement we have wine cellar, family room for relaxing and hanging out (connected with top floors by elevator), and kitchen with big dining for your family and friends. There is veranda in front of left cave. Main change on ground floor is changing place of staircase. In this solution, stairs are near entrance, so there is no long hallway. On the ground floor there is also garage for two vehicles and two appartements for rent (28m2 and 35m2). on the first floor there is big kitchen which is connected with dining and living room with fireplace, and bedroom with study/closet. In the attic there is master bedroom with large bathroom with walk in shower and new roof window, and big walk in closet. There is also office with library and big terrace on north side. In order not to make big changes on facade towards street, on that side of the house service room (kitchen, bathroom, closet...) are planned. On the other side, there are some big changes on the opposite facade. Part of the attic is change into terrace, windows are enlarged. main color of facade is kept, with implementation of wood around windows and openings.
