we present to you our proposal for your future project, which revolves around the following 3 principles:
1- The spatial separation of day / night functions by trying to isolate the kitchen to avoid the spread of odors. A space at the entrance dedicated to children to play. The guest bedroom with isolated bathroom so that you can transform it into an office with independent entrance from the outside.

2- As requested in your briefing, the existing evacuation points have been respected in the positioning of the bathrooms and the kitchen to avoid raising the floor.

3- The bedrooms and furnished spaces will benefit from natural lighting to provide friendly and harmonious spaces.
