The spaces were arranged and divided so that the apartment contains a master bedroom with attached dressing room, in addition to a bathroom containing a shower cabin with the toilet separated by a sliding glass door, in addition to an open kitchen with a dining bar table and a living room.
The apartment can accommodate two people/couples for renting the apartment to them, as the bedroom contains a double bed, in addition to the corner that can be converted into a bed, which can also be used as a single bed for a third person.
The location of the bathroom was preserved to facilitate the drainage process, while its shape was modified only to take the shape of the letter L to be more flexible and facilitate the distribution of brushes in it and the separation of the toilet. Note: The area of the bathroom is not less than 4 m as required.
The entrance door was moved one and a half meters after the column to serve the proposed design .
