The apartment is divided in two areas, one for private use, the other for public use. In the private area, the walls of the rooms are kept in the same place, which reduces costs and leaves their dimensions as they were originally, leaving the possibility of using larger beds.
In the hallway that connects the three bedrooms, there is a complete private bathroom.
Then a guest bathroom with a shower is suggested, in case private use is needed, though it also supports public use. In addition, there is a space for laundry.
In the corridors from the access to the kitchen, enough furniture is proposed to offer good storage spaces.
The large kitchen including, which includes an isle, opens into the dining and sitting rooms, in one single space. All three spaces become integrated while the windows bring light and air into the space.
The semi-private studio is also integrated into this space, though it could also be closed. Its dimensions are generous, which allow this space to be used as a reading area, library, as a storage space with natural lighting.
