Working with this villa was a delight becouse of its space. I wanted to accomplishe your desires about meterials, so i used lihgt wood, glass and metalic finished to give a warm space. I used warm and light colors becouse there are only two windows in distance. I put a large glass door with metalic structure to divide kitchen and dinning room. I used glass door to not restrict the light. For the floor i used gress as you wanted. Everything is clear and linear. I am based at your reference photos.
