Here is my idea for optimizing your apartment space in a modern and functional manner.

The living room opens to Via degli iris and is connected to the kitchen-dining room on the other side. I've placed a piano in front of the dining table. It can be replaced by a cabinet if desired. The kitchen has a small balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The glass French door provides external access from the kitchen. A small laundry is attached to the kitchen. It contains a washing machine, dryer and a pilozza. The apartment also includes a small guest bathroom with a sink and a toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a large shower. I’ve installed a mirror pillar which functions as a wall bookcase on one side and a hall wardrobe on the other side. Full-length mirrors extending from the floor to the ceiling add brightness and openness. Creating a small open hallway space with this pillar you won't feel like you're immediately entering the living room from the entrance door.
