I offer you a proposal for the design of your apartment (Modern Little Home) Floor Plan .
The project contains a two-room apartment of about 60 square meters . The spaces are enhanced with a modern and functional key.
According to the plan, the living room has a balcony across the degli iris connected to a kitchen area on the other side with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard where the windows have been replaced and a French door for outside access .
A laundry room was added by dividing the current bathroom into two parts, one part containing the guest bathroom, and the other part containing a washbasin with a washing machine and dryer, and it opens with a secret door that opens from the dining area..
The remaining space has been converted into a small guest bathroom with only a sink, toilet, bidet and basin .
The apartment contains only one room, but it is equipped with a space for clothes, a bathroom with a large shower, and a washing machine. A wall cabinet has been added. In the small room (living room).No large-scale demolitions and rebuilding took place. Where everything is very bright and open.
As for the bedroom, it became the master bedroom, and it contains a corner for changing clothes as well
