i tried to apply many solutions to achieve what you want
the less modification and the most look changing is a challenge to take so i did 4 suggestions for the plan and rendered one of them so you can imagine it
1- floor plan -01
i kept the guest bathroom and kitchen in the original wet area made the open kitchen and living as spacious
and moved the master bath beside the bedroom
2- floorplan -02
i kept bathrooms and kitchen in the same area made the kitchen in the center to have an open area for the living and the balcony door in the kitchen like you wanted
3- floorplan-03 in this one the kitchen in center but the balcony door in the master bathroom and the laundry in the guest bathroom through a door
4- floorplan -04 for this the kitchen in the entrance open to living and has a lobby to the laundry so the balcony door in the kitchen and the bathrooms has an internal conditioning and artificial light or you can use windows open in the laundry lobby
