The purpose of the proposed project is the comprehensive renovation of the interior of a 60 m2 apartment, adapted to the requirements and lifestyle you have mentioned. The spirit found throughout the apartment is the concept of "harmony": modern/minimalist, with neutral/light tones, with light wood materials, but with a tendency to relate to the typology of the place where the apartment is located.
The leitmotif of the targeted interventions in this project is the preservation of the existing architecture and, in particular, the mezzanine used as storage, the upper part of which continues to be used as storage and the lower part as a utility room. The walls where the bedroom is located are the current walls, and the first part at the entrance serves as a hallway, living room and kitchen, with a direct connection to each other and an access from the living room to the balcony by the street `Via degli iris` and from the kitchen to the smaller balcony. The utility room is aesthetically equipped with sliding doors so as not to lose the elegance of the kitchen space. The degažman of badroom has access bathroom space and to the wardrobe (bathroom with the required standard of space).
