ho cercato di proporre un progetto secondo le Sue esigenze: una casa ampia e comoda, semplice e funzionale.
L'appartamento è molto grande, per cui ho voluto valorizzare gli spazi con pochi arredi pratici e lineari, cercando di esaltare la luminosità del grande salone.
L'accesso è stato leggermente spostato poiché all'ingresso ho voluto inserire un guardaroba comodo per Lei e per gli ospiti. L'entrata è direttamente sul living ed offre subito una visione unitaria del grande open space con cucina. Per quanto riguarda le scale, ho disegnato semplicemente un'idea di base. Secondo me è sufficiente restaurare le scale, ripulendole e rivestendole in legno; queste verranno coperte da una veranda che in sostanza è un telaio in acciaio e vetrate riflettenti.
L'accesso alla zona notte avviene tramite un piccolo disimpegno che, in corrispondenza della camera, diventa più spazioso: ho pensato che potrebbe essere utile inserire un questo spazio un armadio per riporre i vestiti e gli accessori per le Sue bici. Anche il bagno per gli ospiti è davvero ampio. Ho pensato di lasciarlo nella posizione del bagno attuale, inserendo un antibagno con lavabo.
La Sua camera purtroppo non è molto luminosa perché è esposta a nord, però ho proposto di allargare l'attuale finestra per migliorare la luce generale. All'ingresso ho posizionato una zona di lavoro essenziale, mentre la camera vera e propria contiene semplicemente il letto con le cassettiere. Da qui si può accedere ad una grande cabina armadio ed al bagno padronale che contiene doccia e vasca.
Ho utilizzato colori chiari e neutri che vadano d'accordo con il parquet e che diano un tocco di luminosità generale a tutto l'appartamento.
Il pavimento in legno è stato proposto per tutta la casa, in quanto oggi i parquet vengono trattati e non sussistono problemi in bagno e cucina. Per quanto riguarda le altre finiture, ho inserito qualche particolarità per dare carattere alle stanze, ma lo stile è sempre molto semplice e pulito perché ho voluto tenere conto della praticità (soprattutto in termini di pulizie).

The apartment is very large, so I wanted to enhance the spaces with a few practical and linear furnishings, trying to enhance the brightness of the big living.
The access was slightly moved since at the entrance I wanted to insert a comfortable wardrobe for you and for the guests. The entrance is directly on the living room and offers a unique view of the large open space with kitchen. As for the stairs, I simply designed a basic idea. In my opinion, it is enough to restore the stairs, cleaning them and lining them in wood; These will be covered by a veranda that essentially is a steel frame and reflective glass.
Access to the sleeping area takes place through a small hallway that, at the room, becomes more spacious: I thought it might be useful to insert this space into a wardrobe to store the clothes and accessories for your bikes. Even the guest bathroom is really large. I decided to leave it in the current bathroom position by inserting a lavatory counter with sink.
Your room, unfortunately, is not very bright because it is exposed to the north, but I have proposed to widen the current window to improve light. At the entrance I placed an essential work area, while the real room simply contains the bed with the drawers. From here there is access to a large walk-in closet and a master bathroom with shower and bathtub.
I used light and neutral colors that agree with the parquet and give a touch of general brightness to the entire apartment.
The wood floor has been proposed throughout the house, as today the parquet is treated and there are no problems in the bathroom and kitchen. As for the other finishes, I have added some peculiarities to characterize the rooms, but style is always very simple and clean because I wanted to take into account easy cleaning and practicality.
