For your apartment we decide to create a layout as much as possible different from the actual plan in order to discover new possibilities, keeping in mind the existing structural and technical constraints. In our project we englobe the small balcony into the house to give the interiors more space.
For the design of the living space we thought of two design assumptions:
Variant 1-We decided to create a whole open space.
In this variant the living area is located near the entrance, with a larger kitchen on the other side.
The decorative wall panel (entrance wall) is the accent of the design, giving the interior comfortable atmosphere.
Variant 2- Switching places the kitchen and living ареа.
Using a different wall panels and creating a "boundary" between dining area and living area, with a slide of the decorative wall behind the sofa, and living a missing part on the wall (turquoise wall).
Designing a fire place for giving a warm and more comfortable atmosphere.
For the both variants the others rooms are the same.
We design a bedroom, with work and siting zones and walk in closet and a separate modern bathroom.
The guest bathroom and laundry are included in the solution.
