It was a pleasure working on your project and I hope I've managed to meet your expectations, needs, and wishes regarding your new home.
In the brief, you'd mentioned you would prefer as little demolition as possible and the proposal is made with that in mind but also with the aim to maximize the use of your space and give you the best possible solution to every room. This includes some extra demolition but some of it can be avoided such as the wall between the kitchen and new bathroom that is only slightly moved to create a continuous surface and similar.
The apartment is divided into two groups; day and night (living area and bedroom area).
As you enter the apartment the built-in wardrobe stayed in the original position with a redesign for aesthetic and functional reasons to fit your needs and to differentiate the two groups of the apartment. The living spaces of the apartment are now open and interrelated in some way. The kitchen is in its original position but a new bathroom is added now to it (using the installation you mentioned in the corner towards the balcony). The bathroom is now closer to the living area and the apartment entrance which is more convenient for regular use.
As for the kitchen it is fully equipped and accompanied by a laundry area in the corner as an enclosed cabinet or open laundry (according to personal preference).
The kitchen is directly connected to the dining area and easily accessed from the lounge and balcony.
The master bedroom has stayed unchanged except for redesigning the wardrobe and furnishings and the other two bedrooms are now larger since the bathroom next to the master bedroom bathroom has been removed. This gives you not only larger rooms but a more functional use of the space since having two bathrooms in the furthest part of the apartment next to each other does not make the best solution. The rooms can be adjusted according to further design development and more precise inputs regarding the use of the spaces and the partition between them moved to make one larger or smaller.
The master bedroom and bathroom could now be enclosed and made separate from the rest if needed which would also visually make the corridor less long and narrow (but it is only if that is something you would prefer).
The bathroom that belongs to the master bedroom didn't have many changes to the walls except the installation wall for the toilet and slightly moving the door to be able to accommodate bathroom fixtures on both sides of the door and get better organization inside the bathroom.
The living area is explained in more detail in the proposal and all other areas can be further discussed if you decide to go in this direction. The renders only show the living areas to give you a glimpse into the aesthetic of the space for further development of the project.
If you have any further questions, requests, or need any additional drawings of a certain area of the apartment in more detail, please feel free to contact me. I'm at your disposal and would be more than happy to help in any way.
