Per la realizzazione del progetto di restauro dell'appartamento si è pensato di creare un design elegante e moderno con minima interferenza nella struttura delle pareti divisorie. Gli spazi saranno suddivisi in zona giorno e zona notte. La zona giorno sarà uno spazio aperto. L'ingresso avrà mobili per posizionare le giacche integrati nelle pareti e di fronte, ci saranno mobili per le scarpe e un grande specchio. Sul lato dell'armadio sarà costruita una cabina armadio per posizionare le scarpe e l'impianto DVR per la sicurezza domestica. A seguire sarà la zona lounge che sarà composta da un comodo divano e 2 poltrone orientate verso la parete con al centro il camino e sopra di essa un grande televisore, a lato, ci saranno mobili per riporre oggetti e libri. La cucina sarà dall'altra parte del soggiorno e non sarà visibile alle persone che utilizzano l'area lounge. La cucina avrà una dispensa per il cibo, la cucina avrà mobili fino al soffitto che avrà un frigorifero americano, piano cottura e forno a microonde e forno dall'altra parte. L'opposto sarà un'isola che sarà dotata di lavelli. L'isola avrà panchine per consumare la colazione. Tra il soggiorno e la zona cucina ci sarà la zona pranzo con un tavolo per 6 persone che può essere ampliato per ospitare amici e parenti. Il balcone lato cucina avrà un lavello e un BBQ per grigliare nell'open space, l'altro lato avrà una parete verde verticale con piante aromatiche e un tavolo da pranzo con vista sulla via principale. Il balcone avrà tende verticali che saranno composte da 3 parti e potranno scorrere lungo tutta la lunghezza del balcone per ombreggiare nelle posizioni più necessarie. La zona notte avrà 3 camere da letto. La camera matrimoniale si troverà in fondo al corridoio, sarà la più ampia e avrà accesso al secondo balcone. La camera matrimoniale avrà un doppio lavabo, wc bidet e doccia di dimensioni 90x90. La seconda stanza avrà due letti nell'armadio e una scrivania. La terza stanza avrà un letto singolo e potrà essere utilizzata come ufficio o camera per gli ospiti. La toilette che servirà queste stanze avrà parabordi e bagni per essere utilizzati da più persone contemporaneamente. Lo stile della casa sarà minimale con l'uso del colore bianco e del legno naturale. L'illuminazione sarà realizzata con luci sospese, faretti e luci nascoste, che penetreranno nella maggior parte delle pareti del soggiorno.

The night area will have 3 bedrooms. The matrimonial room will be at the end of the corridor, will be the largest, and will have access to the second balcony. The matrimonial room will have a double vanity, toilet bidet, and shower with dimensions 90x90. The second room will have two beds in the closet and a study desk. The third room will have a single bed and can be used as an office or guest room. The toilet that will serve these rooms will have fenders and bathrooms to be used by more than one person at the same time. The style of the house will be minimal with the use of white color and natural wood. The lighting will be realized by hanging lights, spots, and hidden lighting, which will penetrate the largest part of the living room walls.
