This project is about a renovation of a large apartment, in Hong Hong. The owners wish is a new plan, minimalist, sleek and best use of space. The stacture of the building help us to have open spaces – 8 columns in the edges only, and the only limit is the position of the toilets bowl. Our proposal is to make this apartment to be worth much more money in case of selling someday and expensive furniture cant do than. So first must be removed the floor and put on laminate wood wide panks and and shine new kitchen. In living space a custom made stracture include a place for large tv, storage, a built in ethanol fireplace pots and a hidden door to exterior. We think than missing a place like a balcony, so we create a -like a – balcony corner for talking and coffe, 2 steeps up to look better at the street below. In owners suite except bed and armchair the main point to use is the bath tub placed into a deck, with a tank of water behind, full of baboos and water lilly, two large sinks and a shower, all in open space – except the toilet – and a table with drawers in the other side of the room complts the master suite. Fine ceramics (in shower and toilet) can give a feeling of luxury and keep this way for many yaers. We use two kind of curtains, a dark behind the cupboard s bed and a light one for all the other windows. For furnishing we choose everywhere less expensive items – the biggest share of the budget must go to more permanent things like floors, walls, sanitary, doors, kitchen for biggest aftersale value. Of coure you can place furniture than we all love like b&b italia colection (last 2 pics) . Anyway you can change something more easlly when you bored it when its not expensive. .....
