the configuration of the apartment has been maintained in its original state so that it is divided into two parts: a living area, organized as an open space, and a sleeping area divided into several rooms. Each area has its own service and plenty of space and light. As you enter a service block filters the passage from the outside to the great living space. it filter and equips this and also hosts a closet for coats. The core also has a small service, enclosed by two sliding panels (thus avoiding the image of the door), never visible (because it is well hidden) from the living area. A game of ceilings creates hierarchies of the open living space and so distinguishes, through the lighting, the different environments.
