my goal was to provide you best solution with minimal demolition, and also to include most of the current furniture. New plan would be convenient for future separation of apartments (if necessary).
As you can see main characteristic is big and airy space which contains three main zones: kitchen, dinning area and living room, all of filled with daily light. What is now baby's room can easily become home office over time, the room beside is more than large enough to provide quality room space for kids. More storage space is what we all need, and that's why there is extra storage space included in laundry room. Main bedroom has it's own terrace, and a large bathtub is just few steps away.
