Main objective of this project was to optimize given layout by reducing the size of the overall corridor area and removing walk-through rooms, thus obtaining larger surface areas of the day and night zones.
The new layout contains: expanded living room with dining area that has direct connection to the kitchen; laundry room positioned in the vicinity of a grey water discharge; kitchen that forms a service zone with the laundry, guest bathroom and storage area; two bedrooms with common bathroom accessed from the corridor and master bedroom with its own bathroom; studio / guest room is positioned in the vicinity of the entrance hallway and the bathroom.
