Report of intervention

The appartment actually is composed by one kitchen, one hall from whome developping a corridor and three bedrooms, one batheroom and one living room.
First, the problem is total absence of open space between the varied rooms don’t comunicate each other, expecially the livingroom.
My intencion is change the living area opening the whole hall, therefore the kitchen might be connected wit the lunch area and the living room.
So the new area will be most functional and virtuous, the people who will go into the appartment will feel absorbed in a confortable and atmosphere, where on the right are to be the new kitchen and on the left the lunch area, after that there are to be the new design of the living room a sofa, a little table behind and tvmobile.
The renewed night area are to be composed by a master bedroom annex of it a wardrobe and bathroom with essential fixtures ( shower, bidet, water, washbasin) one double bedroom for children that is to contain two single beds , one writing table and one bookcase.
The main bathroom ( obtained of the division from the orinay bath ) are to be situated and the night area and will be make use from the double bedroom, the guest room and the living area.
The newflooring are to be in stonewear wood result, for the endirect enlightment the idea is to be of the drilling in the new partition instead, between the guest room and the relax area, the night area and the new hall and in closing between the new bathroom and the masterbedroom.
In this way the appartment won’t have more important only fruition of the spaces, but also more conforrtable and contemporary aspect.

Descrizione dell’intervento

L’appartamento attualmente è composto da una cucina , un atrio di ingresso il quale si sviluppa in un corridoio di distribuzione sul quale ci sono tre camere, un bagno e una zona soggiorno.
Il primo problema, è la totale assenza di spazio aperto e di comunicazione tra le varie stanze, soprattutto il soggiorno.
La mia intenzione è quella di cambiare la zona living in un intera e aperta stanza, in modo da connettere la cucina con il soggiorno.
Così la nuova zona sarà più funzionale a accogliente, le persone che entreranno dentro l’appartamento dovranno sentirsi avvolti da un’atmosfera piacevole, dove sulla destra avremo la nuova cucina e sulla sinistra la zona pranzo, dopo di che ci troveremo di fronte al nuovo design del soggiorno, con divano tavolo relax e il mobile per tv.
La zona notte rinnovata sarà composta da una camera matrimoniale con annesso ad essa un guardaroba e un bagno con gli elementi esenziali ( doccia, bidet, water e lavabo ), abbiamo una camera doppia per i bambini che conterrà due letti singoli, una scrivania e una libraria.
Il bagno principale ( ottenuto dal frazionamento del bagno originario) sarà situato nella zona notte e ne avranno acceso la camera doppia, la camera degli ospiti e la zona giorno.
La nuova pavimentazione sarà in gres porcellanato con effetto legno, per l’illuminazione indiretta invece saranno effettuate delle aperture nelle partizioni, tra la camera degli ospiti e l’area relax, la hall di ingresso e la zona notte e infine tra il bagno della camera matrimoniale e la camera stessa.
In questo modo l’appartamento avrà non solo una maggiore fruizione degli spazi, ma anche un aspetto più confortevole e contemporaneo.
