Nella definizione del progetto ho analizzato l'attuale disposizione degli spazi, cercando di analizzare le vostre richieste. Ho deciso di lasciare la cucina nella posizione attuale per usufruire della vicinanza alla colonna degli scarichi attuale, pensata con un'isola per la colazione. Per accedere al Living ho mantenuto l'arco piatto determinato dalla trave portante in Cls, valorizzandolo con un arredo libreria.
Ho riprogettato l'area Living, composta da area tv, area pranzo da cui si accede alla stanza studio che si adatta anche per camera ospiti, utilizzando un divano letto matrimoniale.
Per Normativa ho diviso la zona giorno dalla zona notte con una porta con funzione di anti-bagno. Ho disposto la camera matrimoniale sul lato Nord dell'edificio, valorizzandola con cabina armadio e bagno padronale. Il secondo bagno e' stato progettato in fondo al corridoio ed entrambi i bagni hanno la doccia. La stanza dei bimbi risulta così molto ampia.

In the definition of the project I analyzed the current layout, trying to analyze your requests. To access the Living I kept flat arc determined by concrete load-bearing beam, enhancing with a library furniture.
I redesigned the Living area, consisting of tv area, dining area which leads to the study room that fits well for guest bedroom, using a double sofa bed.
For I Legislation divided the living room from the bedroom with a door with bath function. I ordered the Master room on the north side of the building, exalting it with walk-in closet and master bathroom. The second bathroom is designed at the end of the corridor and both bathrooms have showers. The children's room is very wide.
