Hello, dear clients. The proposal for your apartment aims to achieve maximum functionality in each space, as well as adequate lighting and ventilation. In the entryway, we propose a hall with a closet for shoes and outerwear; from there, you can access all the apartment's public spaces. The kitchen is integrated with the dining room, and the dining room with the living room, creating open and connected spaces, thus achieving a minimalist design. In the living room, we propose a rod structure to accommodate the TV, but without adding a wall that obscures the space. You will see two different options, in which the laundry room is different.
