Residenziale - Appartamento
This project was designed to combine two adjacent apartments into a single, modern and minimalist family living space. During the planning process, both the existing structural conditions and the users' living habits were carefully analyzed to create a bright, functional, and timeless home environment.
The heart of the home — the living and kitchen area — was positioned on the west façade to make the most of natural light and to establish a strong visual and physical connection with the terrace. This spacious open-plan area features an L-shaped corner sofa that is accessible from both sides, allowing one to enjoy the view or watch TV depending on preference.
The master suite combines comfort and privacy with a private en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes, while the two children's bedrooms are positioned close to a shared bathroom. Both bathrooms feature showers, prioritizing practicality and ease of use. The laundry room was planned as a separate space and includes a sink, washing machine, dryer, and ironing area for maximum functionality.
