The idea of the proposal is to create a series of common spaces on the left side of the plan and use the right side to allocate the private spaces. Following the client´s requirements, the living spaces are independent from each other, so there is an access / studio area, a living / fireplace space, an independent kitchen and a dining room which can be closed through sliding doors. The corridor library, a light and wide space, is the link between the two areas in the flat.
All the requirements have been achieved, and the second entrance door has been kept so it can be used to access the flat through the guest room. The structural walls have also been kept with minimal modifications in order to widen access spaces.
